UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
1. On 11-08-09 at 1830hrs, Police arrested and charged Mackriel Pickering of Long Look for the offence of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis as a result of a joint operation between Customs and Police on Virgin Gorda. Pickering pleaded guilty and was fined $100.
2. On 11-08-09 at 1705hrs, Police arrested and charged Kaz Penn of Fat Hogs Bay for the offence of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis as a result of a joint operation between Customs and Police on Virgin Gorda. Penn pleaded guilty and was fined $500.
TAKING A CONVEYANCE WITHOUT AUTHORITY
On 15-08-09 at 0924hrs, Police arrested and charged Andre Stoutt of Carrot Bay for the offence of Taking a Conveyance without Authority. His arrest is in reference to a report of a traffic accident with injuries on 15-08-09.
THEFT
Police arrested and charged Gary Rawlins for Theft. Rawlins went before the Magistrate’s Court and plead guilty. He is scheduled for sentencing in September. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 11-08-09.
