THEFT
On 24-08-09 at 1600hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male of Pockwood Pond for the offence of Theft. Their arrests were a result of a report made in Virgin Gorda on 23-08-09.
UNLAWFUL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE
1. On 20-08-09 at 1530hrs, Police arrested and charged 25-year-old Aaron Parillon of Sea Cows Bay for the offence of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Girl under the age of 16. His arrest is a result of a report made on 12-08-09.
2. On 20-08-09 at 1530hrs, Police arrested and charged 25-year-old Willis Blackett of Spy Glass Hill, West End on three counts of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a girl under the age of 16 years. His arrest is a result of a report made on 12-08-09.
3. On 28-08-09 at 1830hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male of Pockwood Pond on two counts of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a girl under the age of 16. The 17-year-old appeared before Senior Magistrate Valerie Stevens and was not required to plead. Bail was granted in the sum of $20,000 with signed surety.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
On 27-08-09 at 2100hrs, Police arrested and charged Kitt Hodge of Butu Mountain for the offence of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. His arrest was as result of a stop and search operation conducted by members of the Operation Crackdown.
DRIVE UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED VEHICLE
On 29-08-09 at 2350hrs, Police arrested and charged Jim Mendes of Fishlock Road driver of Motor Jeep PV4360 for the offence of Driving an Unlicensed and Uninsured Vehicle. Mendes was granted Police bail in the sum of $1000 with one surety for his appearance at Magistrate’s court on 08-09-09.
