COMMON ASSAULT
On 13-09-09 at 1544hrs, Police arrested and charged Auguste Valentin, a native of St. Lucia who resides at Baughers Bay, for the offence of Common Assault. Valentin was granted Police bail in the sum of $2,000 with one surety to appear in Magistrate court on 22-09-09.
DAMAGING PROPERTY
On 13-09-09 at 1616hrs, Police arrested and charged Randolph Richards, a native of Jamaica who resides at Baughers Bay, for the offence of Damaging Property. Richards was granted Police bail in the sum of $2,000 with one surety to appear before the Magistrate court on 22-09-09
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
On 19-09-09 at 2348hrs, Police arrested and charged Orlando Lowman of M/V Midnight Express for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 16-09-09.
ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON
On 17-09-09 at 2130hrs, Police arrested and charged Vern Wharton of Long Swamp for the offence of being Armed with an Offensive Weapon. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 17-09-09.
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
On 18-09-09 at 1935hrs, Police arrested and charged 48-year-old Wilfred Donovan of Hodges Creek for the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 18-09-09.
INSULTING LANGUAGE
On 19-09-09 at 0255hrs, Police arrested and charged 19-year-old Evrod Nickie of the Valley, Virgin Gorda for Insulting Language and Refusing to give his name.
