THEFT
On 17-10-09 at 0951hrs, Police arrested and charged Alexander Wheatley of Vanterpool Estate for Theft and Damage to Property. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 15-10-09.
RECKLESS DRIVING
On 11-10-09 at 2145hrs, Police arrested and charged Abraham Hogan of Free Bottom the driver of Motor Jeep PV22133 for the following offences: (1) Reckless driving, (2) Driving without a Driver’s Licence and (3) Driving when not covered by insurance.
On 13-10-09 at 1330hrs, Police arrested and charged Jansen Samuel of The Valley Virgin Gorda for the following offences: (1) Reckless Driving (2) Failing to stop at sounding of siren, (3) Fail to comply with order given by police (4) Assault on Police, (5) Resist Arrest and (6) Fail to stop at stop sign.
POSSESSION OF FORGED CURRENCY NOTES
On 12-10-09 at 1730hrs, Police arrested and charged Kenville Penn of East End with one count of Possession of 40 Forged United States Federal Reserve Notes - 24 ($50) notes and 16 ($100) notes. He was also charged with one count of Theft and one count of Obtaining Property by Deception. The defendant appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Virgin Gorda on 13-10-09 unrepresented. He was remanded to HMP until the 26-10-09 when he will reappear at court in Road Town for a Bail hearing.

ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON
On 12-10-09 at 1708hrs, Police arrested and charged Asaiah Frett of Long Look, for the offences of (1) Armed with An Offensive Weapon, (2) Common Assault and (3) Threatening Language.
DRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE
On 12-10-09 at 2100hrs, Police arrested and charged Brenton Harewood of Greenland for the offence of Driving under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. He was granted bail for his appearance on court on 26-10-09. His arrest is as a result of a traffic accident on 12-10-09.
RESISTING ARREST
On 14-10-09 at 0545hrs, Police arrest Marcus Drigo of East End of Old Plantation for Resisting Arrest and Indecent Language.
